At least 10 people including a local mayor have been killed and 20 others wounded when a suicide bomber blew up a car in Pakistan's northwest Peshawar city.
The bomber targeted mayor Abdul Malik, who'd raised a militia against Taliban rebels.
Pakistan is waging an offensive against insurgents in their northwest mountain hideouts .. they've retaliated with a wave of deadly attacks.
